Marc and I were drove the the Big Apple in Wrentham looking for something to paint. We drove around for about and couldn’t find anything that inspired us. We eventfully found those old cemetery. I’ve been into painting trees lately. I had thought of trees as these living things that did not move but if you look at the pattern within the bark of a tree you can see that trees are constantly moving just very very slowly. The patterns in the bark of a tree are totally wild if you take a close look. I found this great tree with a stone wall behind it – two of my favorite things. I used to eat lunch with someone at work who said all it takes in one phone call to change your life. I got one of those calls that day. I laid down and stared at the sky for awhile before I told Marc the story. Its funny but while I’m typing this the person who called me just texted me.
